Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RoRo Quantum. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We've kept them plain.

1. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secure. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that inbox safe. Don't share keys or impersonate others.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't use RoRo for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Respect rate limits and the credit system; don't try to circumvent billing.

3. Credits & payment

Runs consume credits at a per-shot rate shown before you run. New accounts receive free credits to start. Purchased credits are applied to your balance; unless required by law, credits are non-refundable once consumed. Pricing may change with notice.

4. Service availability

We work to keep RoRo reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may change, pause for maintenance, or evolve as we add capabilities. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Intellectual property

You own the circuits and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to run them and operate the service. RoRo's software, branding, and design remain ours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoRo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

You may stop using RoRo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
